John Lewis, London: Spring is in the Air

For this John Lewis national roll-out campaign, we had extensive foliage in our folio, as Spring was very much in the air!

Thousands upon thousands of plants, plus designer moustaches and other props were used to bring imagination to life and to create an overwhelming feeling that Spring had arrived. This theme ran nationally throughout John Lewis stores.

A grand total of 9828 plants were used, 8247 of these potted into three different sizes of galvanised pots. There were 33 varieties of plants, and we made 1,446 over-sized plant markers, 1982 square metres of artificial grass, 495 bespoke wooden potting sheds, 132 wheel barrows, 573 shape- cut artificial grass mannequins with attention to detail including moustaches, mohawks, hair bows, peter pan collars, and shoe inner soles! Plus 1398 books made with bespoke printed covers and a top dressing of sprouting grass…… and breathe!
